2. Booking and Payment
Bookings confirmed upon deposit. Full payment before departure. Prices include services as described. Payment by bank transfer or card.
3. Package Travel Terms
We comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР dated 15.09.1995. We disclose tour operator and financial guarantees. Package terms provided before booking.
4. Liability
We are liable per Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023. Liability limited to tour price. Not liable for force majeure.
5. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution
Under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, you have right to complete information. For disputes, contact us or the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. We comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3621-IX dated 25.04.2024.
